There can be a lot of traffic, or none at all, even so it can change your final destination. One moment you can be driving to Downtown LA, and a second later, you are arriving at a local Chinese restaurant. We start a new adventure any time we enter a new interstate or interchange because we don’t know what lies ahead. It is like our nervous system, but this one keeps California flowing.
